Our Doctor

​​​​​Howdy! I am Dr. Jacee R Cotton, OD and I am pleased to meet you! I am a Cheyenne, WY native happy to be providing specialized optometric care in my home state! I am a graduate of the University of Wyoming and attended Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, California. I have been practicing optometry for 25 years! I am also a member of the Army Reserve, providing medical services in various capacities. I am married to my husband, Wayne, and we have two daughters, Aspen and Willow. We have two dogs, a cat, and chickens as part of our family too. My family and I are volunteers with the Public Relations Committee with Cheyenne Frontier Days. I enjoy reading, hiking, camping, and dancing.


I have cared for babies, seniors, and special populations, treated patients with vision therapy and vision rehabilitation, worked in commercial and private care settings, and have even seen patients in makeshift clinics with the Army Reserve. I have taken all my experiences to create a customized tear insufficiency treatment model that reflects the most modern and long-lasting treatments available, combined with a personalized and friendly style. My goal is to provide clear, comfortable vision and improved confidence that comes from specialized vision care!
